About Our Rates

Rates vary from $900 - $1200 per week;  Longer stays are preferred.

Rates vary depending on time of year and length of stay.

Maximum occupancy is 4 adults.

All rates are subject to change till confirmed.

This is a non-smoking condo.

All rates are in US Dollars and are subject to applicable Taxes of 13% (7% Sales Tax + 6% Tourism Tax).

Cleaning:  We want to bill you the least amount, that we we need to pay our cleaning lady to come in to clean, sanitize, and do the laundry following your stay.   For that reason, we will bill you a "Basic cleaning fee"  of $55 which can  be paid separately or deducted from the deposit. We ask you to leave the apartment in a "reasonable state of cleanliness" to avoid an "extended cleaning fee" of up to $75.

Reservation Deposit of $500 is required and will be held as Security until departure.   Deposit is fully refundable provide everything is left in good condition.

Full payment is requested 60 days prior to arrival.

Payments

In US Dollars -- Travelers Check, Bank Money Order, or pre-approved Personal Checks are accepted. You can use your credit card through PayPal.  We find it most convenient for international guests to pay through PayPal.  We will need to add the surcharge of 2.9% domestically and 3.9% internationally that PayPal charges us. For our Canadian  Guests utilizing Money Order, Please be sure that you get your Money Order through the Bank and NOT the Post Office.
