Frequently Asked Qutestions

Ocean View - Our unit is located on the 2nd (top) floor - directly on the beach.

Kitchen - Our condo has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, eating and cooking utensils etc.   An excellent way to save money over daily restaurant visits!

Maid Service - There is no daily maid service available.  Plenty of linens and bath towels are included in the unit, but please make sure to bring your own beach towels.   Our cleaning crew arrives at 11:30 AM the day of your departure.

Smoking - This is a non-smoking room but this should not be a problem as you can smoke on the balcony or in the Chickee Hut just out side the door.

Washing Machine –  Coin operated Washers and Dryers are on the premises.

Towels - The unit does include towels and all linens for indoor use.  Make sure to bring your own beach towels!

Hair Drier - The room is equipped with a hair drier

TV / VCR – 100 channel Cable and a VCR is included.

Telephone Service - The room is equipped with a phone that provides local phone service in the (305) area code.   We do not provide long distance service or 1-800 access.

Pool –  The condo has two pools.  One that is heated in the winter months.  The pool is a perfect place to get away when you need a break from the wind and the sand of the beach.

Hotel/Sales Tax - There is a mandatory 13% Florida Sales/Hotel Tax due in addition to the rental rate.

Elevator - The building does not have elevator service.  The condo is on the 2nd floor with one flight of stairs up from the parking lot.

Groceries - There is a Publix grocery store just 1/2 mile, walking distance  away.

Beach Service – Tropical Chaise lounges are located around the pools and just outside the gated pool area on the beach for you enjoyment.

Age Requirement - We are unable to rent to vacationing students, or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

Internet Access - We provide a local analog phone line that works well with a modem.  Be sure you have a local access number for the (305) area code as there is no 1-800 service.
