Frequently Asked Questions

Ocean Front - Our unit is located on the 19th floor - directly facing the beach, which is visible from all rooms in the apartment.

Kitchen - Our condo has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, eating and cooking utensils etc.   An excellent way to save money over daily restaurant visits!

Maid Service - There is no daily maid service available.  Plenty of linens and bath towels are included in the unit.  In addition, a washer and dryer are in the apartment. 

Smoking - This is a non-smoking apartment.

Washing Machine –  A Washer and Dryer is located in the condo.

Towels - The unit does include towels and all linens for indoor use.  In addition, beach chairs and beach towels are provided.

Hair Drier - The room is equipped with a hair drier

TV / DVD / Internet  – Two  flat screen TVs, Cable and DVD  and Free WIFI throughout the apartment are included.

Pool –  The condo has a gorgeous oceanfront pool that is heated in the winter months.  The pool is a perfect place to get away when you need a break from the wind and the sand of the beach.

Hotel/Sales Tax - There is a mandatory 13% Florida Sales/Hotel Tax due in addition to the rental rate, though the rates we quote you usually will include taxes.

Elevator - The building has 4 elevators.

Groceries - There is a Milam's grocery store within easy walking distance, and a Publix and Winn Dixie a short drive away.  We provide a grocery cart in the condo for easy transportation of your groceries.

Age Requirement - We are unable to rent to vacationing students, or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

Internet Access - We provide both wireless and wired internet service in the condo.
